2. Online Appointment Booking Policy

Our online booking feature is designed to make consultation scheduling convenient and efficient:

• Booking Request vs. Final Confirmation: Submitting a booking form on our website constitutes an appointment scheduling request. Your consultation slot is officially confirmed once our clinic front desk contacts you via telephone call or WhatsApp (+91 99863 59848) to confirm the exact date and time.
• Zero-Wait Scheduled Slots: We operate on disciplined appointment scheduling to respect patient time and minimize waiting room congestion.
• Emergency Priority: Acute dental emergencies (severe toothache, broken teeth, facial swelling, bleeding) receive immediate triage priority in our schedule.

3. Medical & Clinical Information Disclaimer

All information published across this website—including educational descriptions of treatments such as root canal therapy, dental implants, orthodontic braces, clear aligners, aesthetic crowns, gum disease treatment, pediatric dentistry, and teeth whitening—is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes.

Submitting an appointment request or contacting the clinic through digital channels does not by itself establish a formal doctor-patient relationship until an in-person clinical consultation takes place.

4. Clinic Consultation Timings & Operating Policies

Consultations at our JP Nagar facility operate under the following schedule:

• Monday to Saturday (Two Clinical Sessions):
  • Morning Consultation: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Evening Consultation: 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM
• Sunday: Open for prior appointments and emergency triages only. Patients are requested to call ahead (+91 99863 59848) to confirm doctor availability.
• Punctuality: Patients are requested to arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to their confirmed time slot to enable preliminary registration and sanitization procedures.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected schedule changes happen. If you need to reschedule or cancel your confirmed appointment:

• Please notify us at least 2 to 4 hours in advance by calling or messaging +91 99863 59848.
• Timely notification allows our dental team to allocate the open chair to patients experiencing severe acute dental pain or dental trauma.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All clinic marks, logos, visual assets, original text descriptions, infographics, and website design elements are the intellectual property of Miswak Multispeciality Dental Clinic and are protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.
